Sunday Building Scheduler Tools

Welcome and Thank you for accepting this essential assignment. Your role helps support BYU’s ability to hold church here on campus. 

Space Management will manage Sunday Block meetings and you will manage the scheduling of other gatherings in your buildings on Sundays (see Sunday Building Scheduler Scenarios). The key to your success is to be responsive, keep track of scheduled events, and pass along the needed information via email.

Unique buildings: 

JSB: The JSB has the only baptismal font here on campus. If you are the scheduler for this building you will schedule all of the baptisms that occur on Sundays.

UPC: This is the only building where the building scheduler helps schedule on days other than Sundays. There is a specific schedule that lists the days and times that you will schedule vs Arwen Wyatt.

WSC: This building does not have a Sunday Building scheduler. To schedule this building please contact campus scheduling. There is often a small fee for use of this building.
