+Audio Visual Equipment Issues:

+AV for the WSC:

 Most of the large rooms in the WSC have AV equipment built into the room, so charges for AV typically aren’t an issue. However, the WSC Ballroom is the exception. Groups need to work with OIT to make arrangements to have AV equipment brought into the Ballroom. There is a standard rental fee for this equipment.

+Eduroam

 Church leaders can gain access to the more secure Eduroam system rather than using the general BYU wifi (wireless network).

+BYU WIFI Guest Access

 BYU-WiFi is intended for guests and devices that are unable to connect to eduroam. Guest users will only have access to public-facing BYU websites through the internet. Devices that do not have web browsers should use BYU-WiFi. These include (but are not limited to) Apple TVs, Chromecasts, and WiFi printers, which can join the network with no additional registration or configuration needed. Even though they are connected to BYU-WiFi, these devices are accessible to computers connected to Eduroam.
