General Conference & Break Schedules

General Conference Schedule

 All buildings will be closed throughout General Conference weekend. If you need to schedule during this time, please contact your Sunday Building Scheduler at least two weeks in advance of the Conference weekend. This will allow sufficient time to adjust the building schedule and ensure that Building Operations staff are available to assist. Taking these steps will also support our Building Operations team in having the opportunity to participate in General Conference. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Christmas Break

Space Management will reach out to Stakes to collect the temporary Block Meeting schedules for Sundays during Christmas break. Stake Presidents should plan on gathering that information by Thanksgiving and emailing it to Space Management.

Spring/Summer Terms

Space Management will reach out to Stakes to collect the Block Meeting schedules for Sundays during Spring/Summer terms. Stake Presidents should plan on gathering that information by the end of March and emailing it to Space Management.

Stake Conference

 The Office of the Quorum of the Twelve sets the schedule for stake conferences each year and informs both the stake and Space Management.

Space Management assigns general session meeting locations.

Stake presidents finalize details for their stake conference by working with the relevant personnel for the assigned building. The contact information per building will be emailed to stake presidents in the months and weeks before their conference. The email will come from byu-wards@byu.edu.
